- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1 ½ pounds short loin steak
Instructies
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and minced garlic.
- Mix well.
- Brush the mayonnaise mixture evenly over both sides of the short loin steak.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C) and prepare a grill pan for the steak.
- Place the steak on the grill pan and cook for 8 minutes.
- Turn the steak over and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
- Check the steak’s doneness with a meat thermometer to ensure it’s cooked to your preference.
