Ingrediënten

  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon rubbed sage
  • ½ cup vegetable oil or light olive oil

Instructies

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sage, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.

Over the top bacon lover’s tip:
Toss the cooked, cubed potatoes in 1-2 tablespoons Clarified Bacon Fat before adding the remaining ingredients.
