Salmon Chowder

- 12 oz Alaskan salmon – drained and flaked
- 3 oz onions – chopped
- 6 oz celery – chopped
- 4-5 oz shoestring carrots
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese – cubed
- ¼ cup brown rice
- 1 tbsp dill weed
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup water
Instructies
Combine in slow cooker:
- Onion
- Celery
- Carrots
- Chicken broth
- Rice
- Cook on low 4-5 hours
Once vegetables soften:
- Turn slow cooker to high
- Add cream cheese
- Stir until melted
- Stir into slow cooker:
- Salmon
- Spices
- ¼ cup water
- Cook 10-20 minutes on high, stirring occasionally.
