  • 2 slices of bacon halved
  • 3-4 oz. sliced medium Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • Butter or butter spread

Instructies

  • Cut the bacon slices in half and cook them over medium-low heat in a skillet, flipping after about 7 or 8 minutes, until they reach your desired level of crispiness.
  • Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet and place it on a sheet of paper towel to absorb excess grease.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • On one slice of bread, stack half of the Cheddar cheese slices, then the cooked bacon slices, and finally the remaining cheese slices.
  • Top with the other slice of bread.
  • Cook the sandwich at 325°F for four minutes on each side.
  • Serve hot and enjoy this simple yet flavorful creation!
