- 2 slices of bacon halved
- 3-4 oz. sliced medium Cheddar cheese
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Butter or butter spread
Instructies
- Cut the bacon slices in half and cook them over medium-low heat in a skillet, flipping after about 7 or 8 minutes, until they reach your desired level of crispiness.
- Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet and place it on a sheet of paper towel to absorb excess grease.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On one slice of bread, stack half of the Cheddar cheese slices, then the cooked bacon slices, and finally the remaining cheese slices.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Cook the sandwich at 325°F for four minutes on each side.
- Serve hot and enjoy this simple yet flavorful creation!
