Ingrediënten
- 1 ½ pounds beef stew meat cubes
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup pearl onions
- 1 medium-sized eggplant cubed into 1 ½-inch pieces
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructies
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until everything is well coated.
- Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 395°F.
- Thread beef cubes, pearl onions, and eggplant onto the skewers.
- Cook in the Air Fryer for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
