- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 2 spring onions chopped
- 1 cup pastrami sliced
- ¼ cup Greek-style yogurt
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese grated
- Sea salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructies
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 330°F and spritz the baking pan with cooking oil.
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Cook in the Air Fryer for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the eggs have set.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and place the pan on a cooling rack.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
