Preparation Time: 25 minutes / Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Sift the self-rising flour, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl.
Using your fingertips, rub in the cold butter.
Add buttermilk gradually until it forms a soft, slightly sticky dough.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead lightly until it’s smooth.
Roll the dough into a 12-inch x 16-inch rectangle on a floured sheet of parchment paper.
Spread the pizza sauce and barbecue sauce evenly over the dough.
Top with thinly sliced red onion, roasted red peppers, chopped pepperoni, olives, rosemary, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Roll the dough up tightly from one of the long sides.
Place the roll in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm it up.
Preheat your 5- or 6-quart air fryer to 350°F for 10 minutes.
