- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 pound ground pork
- ½ pound brown mushrooms chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
Instructies
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (185°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine canola oil, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground pork, mushrooms, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, rosemary, and dill until evenly mixed.
- Shape the mixture into four evenly sized patties.
- Lightly spritz the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the patties inside.
- Cook the patties in the air fryer for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, top each patty with a slice of Cheddar cheese.
- Serve the warm patties as-is or with your favorite sides.
