  • 1 onion chopped

Instructies

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the tops off the baked potatoes and carefully scoop out the soft potato from the skins, reserving the shells.
  • Place the scooped potato in a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the scooped potato with butter, salt, pepper, and enough milk to achieve your desired consistency.

  • Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the cooked ground beef and onion mixture to the mashed potato in the mixing bowl, mixing well to combine.
  • Spoon the beef and potato mixture back into the reserved potato shells, dividing evenly.
  • Place the stuffed potato boats on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
