- 1 pound beef Vienna sausage
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound broccoli
Instructies
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F.
- Spritz the grill pan with cooking oil.
- Cut the Vienna sausages into serving-sized pieces.
- Place them in the grill pan and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally for even browning.
- Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Toss the broccoli florets with this mixture until evenly coated.
- Increase the Air Fryer temperature to 400°F.
- Place the coated broccoli in the grill pan and cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve the Vienna sausages with the grilled broccoli on the side.
