Scallop, Shrimp And Cauliflower Bake
A delicious seafood dish in a creamy sauce, Topped with mozzarella cheese, that is
prepared in just 15 minutes. Try this as soon as you can!
Ingrediënten
- 1 cauliflower cut into florets
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 onion chopped
- ⅓ cup flour
- 2 ½ cups of milk
- 12 oz bag of frozen shrimp thawed
- 12 oz bag of frozen scallops thawed
- 3 tbsp. chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructies
- In boiling salted water, cook the cauliflower for 4 minutes.
- Run under cold water and drain.
- In the same saucepan, melt butter and cook the onion for 1 minute.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, without coloring.
- Pour the milk and heat until just before it starts to boil, while whisking.
- Add seafood, cauliflower and chives.
- Season to taste.
- Heat over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Preheat oven to “broil”.
- In a baking dish of 13 x 9-inch, pour the mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Place in the center of oven and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
