- 4 Medium Green Onions Trimmed And Chopped
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Medium Roma Tomatoes Cored And Diced

- In A Medium Pot, Bring 2 Quarts Water To A Boil.
- Add ¾ Teaspoon Salt And Fettuccine.
- Cook According To Package Directions, Drain, And Set Aside.
- Place Frozen Shrimp And Scallops In A Large Mesh Strainer Under Cold Running Water For About 5 Minutes To Thaw.
