Seared Sea Scallops
The convection oven–style of cooking in the air fryer sears these scallops beautifully on all sides. Serve the scallops with steamed asparagus, mashed potatoes and a drizzle of fresh hollandaise sauce over everything for decadent bites of yummy!

- 1 ½ tablespoons butter melted
- ¾ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 450 grams about 10 jumbo sea scallops
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine butter and lemon juice.
- Roll scallops in mixture to coat all sides.
- Place scallops in ungreased air fryer basket.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Toss scallops.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
