- 12 ounces 340 g kale, stems and ribs removed
- 2 tablespoons 30 g minced garlic
Instructies

- Add the garlic and kale leaves.
- Cook, tossing constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the kale is soft, pliable, and reduced in size by about three-fourths.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the sesame seeds.
