Simply Prawns
Prawns are not only high in protein, but they are also delicious and low in calories. Eat them plain, in a salad, warm, chilled or dipped! They are such a versatile and fairly inexpensive protein, and they can be made in a snap using your air fryer.

- 450 grams medium raw prawns tail on, deveined, thawed or fresh
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter melted
- ¾ tablespoon fresh lemon juice about ½ medium lemon
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss prawns in butter.
- Place prawns in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Gently flip prawns.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Transfer prawns to a large serving plate.
- Squeeze lemon juice over prawns and serve.
