- 4 green peppers thinly sliced

Instructies
Marinate the Beef:
- In a large bowl, mix the beef steak tips with soy sauce and cornstarch until well coated.
Cook the Beef:
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
Add Green Peppers:
- Add the thinly sliced green peppers to the pan with the beef.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are tender but still crisp.
