Sizzling Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Tender beef and fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked in an Air Fryer for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Ingrediënten
For the Marinade:
- 2 pounds top round cut into bite-sized strips
 - 2 garlic cloves sliced
 - 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
 - ¼ cup red wine
 - 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper to taste
 
For Cooking:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 red onion sliced
 - 2 bell peppers sliced
 - 1 carrot sliced
 
Instructies
- In a mixing bowl, combine beef, garlic, marjoram, red wine, tamari sauce, salt, and black pepper.
 - Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
 - Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C) and add olive oil to the basket.
 - Remove the beef from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
 - Place the beef in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
 - Add the red onion, bell peppers, carrot, and garlic to the Air Fryer.
 - Continue cooking for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
 - Baste the meat with the remaining marinade during cooking.
 - Serve immediately and enjoy!
