Ingredients
For the Marinade:

dried marjoram

tamari sauce

For Cooking:

olive oil

red onion
sliced
▢

bell peppers
sliced

carrot

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine beef, garlic, marjoram, red wine, tamari sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C) and add olive oil to the basket.
Remove the beef from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
Place the beef in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the red onion, bell peppers, carrot, and garlic to the Air Fryer.
Continue cooking for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
Baste the meat with the remaining marinade during cooking.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
