Ingrediënten

  • 2 mangoes g 400
  • 40 g baby spinach
  • 2 banana about 120 g
  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 60 g fresh berries eg raspberries, blackberries
  • 10 g flaxseed
  • 30 g fruit muesli

Instructies

  • Peel the mango, chop the flesh and dice.
  • Wash and drain the spinach.
  • Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.
  • Put the mango, banana, spinach and frozen raspberries in a blender and puree.
  • Pick and wash fresh berries.
  • Pour smoothie into bowls.
  • Sprinkle berries, flax seeds and muesli over the smoothie.
