Instructies
- In a large pot, bring the cooking liquid (water or fish stock) to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp and cook over low heat until they turn pink, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
- Drain, let them cool, and then remove the shells and veins.
- In a small bowl, mix all the cocktail sauce ingredients until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate the shrimp and the sauce separately for at least 2 hours or until ready to use.
- To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter, place the shrimp in the center, and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
