Instructies

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and grease the ramekin dishes.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
  • Add the cream, chopped parsley, chopped red chili pepper, salt, and pepper to the eggs.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Transfer the egg mixture into the greased ramekin dishes, filling them about halfway.
  • Place the ramekin dishes in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes until the soufflés are puffed up and golden brown.
  • Carefully remove the soufflés from the air fryer and serve immediately
