- 4 free-range eggs
- 4 tbsp cream
- Chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ tsp chopped red chili pepper

Instructies
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and grease the ramekin dishes.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
- Add the cream, chopped parsley, chopped red chili pepper, salt, and pepper to the eggs.
- Stir well to combine.
- Transfer the egg mixture into the greased ramekin dishes, filling them about halfway.
- Place the ramekin dishes in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes until the soufflés are puffed up and golden brown.
- Carefully remove the soufflés from the air fryer and serve immediately
