Spicy Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are a protein powerhouse filled with vitamins and minerals. Crisp them up with a little heat in your air fryer for a lovely treat.

Equipment

Ingrediënten

  • 2 cups unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chilli garlic paste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol sweetener

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer at 160°C for 3 minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until seeds are well coated.
  • Place seeds in ungreased air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Shake basket.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a medium serving bowl and serve.
