Spicy Tomato Crab Ravioli

- 1 ¾ Teaspoons Kosher Salt Divided
- 1 25-Ounce Bag Frozen Cheese Ravioli
- 3 Tablespoons Salted Butter
- 5 Cubes Frozen Crushed Garlic
- 1 28-Ounce Can Crushed Tomatoes, Undrained
- ½ Cup Clam Juice
- ¼ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 8 Ounces Fresh Lump Crabmeat
- ½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructies
- In A Large Pot, Bring 3 Quarts Water To A Boil.
- Add 1 Teaspoon Salt And Ravioli.
- Cook For 4 Minutes And Drain.
- Set Aside.
- While Ravioli Cooks, Heat A Large Skillet Over High Heat.
- When Hot, Add Butter And Garlic.
- Sauté For 1 Minute, Then Add Tomatoes, Clam Juice, Pepper Flakes, Vinegar, And Remaining ¾ Teaspoon Salt.
- Bring To A Boil, Reduce Heat And Simmer Until Sauce Thickens, About 10–15 Minutes.
- Add Crabmeat And Allow It To Heat Through, About 2 Minutes, Before Adding Ravioli.
- Toss To Coat And Allow Ravioli To Reheat Before Topping With Parmesan.
- Serve Immediately.
