Makes 1 Tapa (1 Serving)
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1 strip 1/4-inch thick of pickled herring
- 2 Marinated Fresh Anchovies refer to the partial recipe for marinated anchovies
- 1 very small dill gherkin halved lengthwise
Instructies
- Place 1 anchovy fillet, 1 strip of pickled herring, or 2 marinated fresh anchovies on top of one half of the dill gherkin.
- Cover with the other half of the dill gherkin and secure the two halves with a toothpick.
