Succulent Grilled Salmon Steaks
Juicy salmon steaks with a zesty marinade—grilled to perfection in just minutes!
Ingrediënten
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- 4 salmon steaks
Instructies
- In a large ceramic dish, combine garlic, melted butter, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, lime juice, and white wine.
- Add the salmon steaks, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F and arrange the marinated salmon steaks on the grill pan.
- Cook the salmon for 5 minutes, or until the flesh is easily flaked with a fork.
- Flip the steaks, baste with the reserved marinade, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
