  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 4 salmon steaks

Instructies

  • In a large ceramic dish, combine garlic, melted butter, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, lime juice, and white wine.
  • Add the salmon steaks, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F and arrange the marinated salmon steaks on the grill pan.
  • Cook the salmon for 5 minutes, or until the flesh is easily flaked with a fork.
  • Flip the steaks, baste with the reserved marinade, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
