  • cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon shallot powder
  • 1 teaspoon porcini powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 ½ pounds skirt steak sliced
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructies

  • Place the soy sauce, molasses, garlic, vinegar, shallot powder, porcini powder, celery seeds, paprika, and skirt steak in a resealable plastic bag.
  • Shake well to coat the steak evenly and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
  • Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Place the steak in the Air Fryer basket.
  • Season the steak with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Cook for 12 minutes, flipping the steak halfway through the cooking time.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your tender, flavorful steak.
