Equipment
- Large resealable plastic bag
Ingrediënten
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons molasses
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 1 teaspoon shallot powder
- 1 teaspoon porcini powder
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 ½ pounds skirt steak sliced
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructies
- Place the soy sauce, molasses, garlic, vinegar, shallot powder, porcini powder, celery seeds, paprika, and skirt steak in a resealable plastic bag.
- Shake well to coat the steak evenly and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Place the steak in the Air Fryer basket.
- Season the steak with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping the steak halfway through the cooking time.
- Serve warm and enjoy your tender, flavorful steak.
