Sunny Side Up Breakfast Pizza

Ingrediënten
- 1 pre-made pizza dough or homemade pizza crust
- ½ cup pizza sauce tomato or garlic-infused oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup baby spinach or arugula
- 4 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructies
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
- Add spinach or arugula on top.
- Create four small wells in the cheese and carefully crack an egg into each well.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
