½cuppizza saucetomato or garlic-infused oil
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
¼cupgrated Parmesan cheese
½cupbaby spinach or arugula
4largeeggs

Instructies
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
Add spinach or arugula on top.
Create four small wells in the cheese and carefully crack an egg into each well.
