Sweet-and-Sour Cocktail Sausages

- 500 g cocktail sausages
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp chili flakes optional
Instructies
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes.
- Stir well.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cocktail sausages and stir to coat them evenly in the sauce.
- Cook for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausages are heated through and the sauce is glossy.
- Serve warm with cocktail picks.
