Sweet Pickle-less Relish
A tropical twist on traditional pickle relish, this sweet and fresh combination of mango, pineapple, and roasted red pepper adds flavor to hot dogs, burgers, and more!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons 30 ml lemon or lime juice
- 5 ounces 140 g diced pineapple
- 6 ounces 170 g diced mango
- 1 ounce 28 g chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 3 ounces 85 g diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon 13 g granulated sugar
- 4 ounces 112 g diced roasted red pepper
- 2 ounces 56 g diced scallion
Instructions
- Toss all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Use as a topping for hot dogs, burgers, or in chicken-less salads.
