Ingredients
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 150 ml warm water
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar.
- Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour.
- Knead for about 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- If using a pizza stone, heat it in the oven.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
- Add desired toppings and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
