Tomato Spinach Soup

- 10 oz baby spinach – washed
- 2 carrots – chopped
- 2 celery ribs – chopped
- 1 onion – chopped
- 1 garlic clove – minced
- 4 cups low sodium vegetable broth
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes – crushed
Instructies
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
- Cook on high for 5-6 hours, Or low for 8-10 hours
- **Remember to Remove Bay Leaves**
