  • 4 Cubes Frozen Crushed Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 ½ Cups 1% Milk
  • ¼ Cup Heavy Cream
  • ¾ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Cups 8 Ounces Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ¾ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 6-Ounce Can Solid White Albacore Tuna In Water, Drained

  • In A Large Pot, Bring 2 Quarts Water To A Boil.
  • Add 1 Teaspoon Salt And Penne.
  • Cook For 10 Minutes, Drain, And Return To Pot.
