Ultimate Chocolate Brownies

What is better than chocolate? Double chocolate! And the crunch of the pecans is a natural addition to these brownies, although crushed almonds or walnuts work just as well! For presentation, dust a little powdered erythritol on the finished bake.

Equipment

  • cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
  • ½ cup powdered erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 ¼ tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 large egg
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup no sugar chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, erythritol, baking soda, butter and sour cream.
  • Stir in egg and salt.
  • Add chocolate chips and chopped pecans, stirring until mixture is thick and sticky.
  • Press mixture into a square cake barrel greased with cooking spray.
  • Cover pan with aluminium foil and place in air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 9 minutes.
  • Remove foil and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Remove pan from air fryer and let cool for 30 minutes.
  • Once cooled, slice into nine sections and serve.
