Veggie Goulash
Some people like to have vegetables and meat in same recipe. Try this delicious combination.
Ingrediënten
- Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
- Whole tomatoes peeled and chopped, reserve juice: 14.5 ounces
- Red wine: ½ cup
- Thin slices of medium onion: ½
- Thinly sliced green bell pepper: 1
- Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Tomato puree: 1 teaspoon
- Mycoprotein pieces: 1 ounces
- Chopped garlic: 1 clove
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Pepper and salt: to taste
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
Instructies
- Heat olive oil over medium flame in one skillet and sauté onions for 5 minutes to tender.
- Stir in mycoprotein pieces and green pepper and sauté only five minutes to tender.
- Stir in paprika and garlic.
- Mix the tomatoes along with their juices in the skillet.
- Stir in tomato puree, oregano, and wine.
- Let this mixture boil.
- Decrease heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes to make this mixture thick.
- Before serving goulash, mix in sugar and season with pepper and salt.
