Ingrediënten

Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
▢
Whole tomatoes
peeled and chopped, reserve juice: 14.5 ounces
▢
Red wine: ½ cup
▢
Thin slices
of medium onion: ½
▢
Thinly sliced green bell pepper: 1
▢
Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
▢
Tomato puree: 1 teaspoon
▢
Mycoprotein pieces: 1 ounces
▢
Chopped garlic: 1 clove
▢
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
▢
Pepper and salt: to taste
▢
Paprika: 1 teaspoon
Instructies
Heat olive oil over medium flame in one skillet and sauté onions for 5 minutes to tender.
Stir in mycoprotein pieces and green pepper and sauté only five minutes to tender.
Stir in paprika and garlic.
Mix the tomatoes along with their juices in the skillet.
Stir in tomato puree, oregano, and wine.
Let this mixture boil.
Decrease heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes to make this mixture thick.
Before serving goulash, mix in sugar and season with pepper and salt.
