Vinaigrette for Mâche

This dressing is a snap to make and keepswell. Double the recipe and store the remainder in a covered container in therefrigerator. Bring the dressing to room temperature before serving. Use 2 cupsof mâche not packed into the cup, for each salad.Gourmet greens are very delicate. Dress them lightly just before servingso the leaves don’t become soggy

Ingrediënten

  • 1 ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Pepper to taste

Instructies

  • Place the vinegar and salt in a bowl and stir to dissolve the salt.
  • Add the olive oil and whisk to blend.
  • Season with pepper
