Instructies
Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vermouth and honey.
Brush the Canadian bacon slices with this mixture.
Place the bacon in the Air Fryer and cook for 3 minutes.
Flip the bacon and cook an additional 3 minutes.
In another bowl, combine the ground turkey, shallots, garlic, fish sauce, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
Reduce the Air Fryer temperature to 370 degrees F.
Bake the patties for 10 minutes.
Flip them over and cook for another 10 minutes.
Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the inside of the hamburger rolls.
Place each burger on a roll, topped with a slice of cooked bacon, cheese (if desired), and lettuce.
Serve immediately.
