Instructies
Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vermouth and honey.
Brush the Canadian bacon with this mixture.
Place the bacon in the Air Fryer and cook for 3 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 3 minutes.
In another bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced shallot, minced garlic, fish sauce, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Form into 4 burger patties.
Reduce the Air Fryer temperature to 370 degrees F.
Bake the patties for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the hamburger rolls.
Place each burger on a roll, topped with a slice of bacon, Cheddar cheese, and lettuce.
Serve immediately.
