Preheat your Air Fryer to 370 degrees F.
Drizzle peanut oil over the chicken breast and season with salt, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.
Cook in the Air Fryer for 15 minutes, then turn over and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
Increase Air Fryer temperature to 380 degrees F.
Divide the cooked chicken and cheese between the tortillas, roll them up, and place in a lightly greased cooking basket.
Spritz the tortillas with cooking spray.
Cook the taquitos for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
Mash the avocado with a fork and combine with the remaining guacamole ingredients.
Serve the taquitos with guacamole and sour cream.
