Instructies
In a large ceramic dish, mix the pork pieces with oregano, turmeric, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic, olive oil, red wine, and lemon juice.
Combine well to coat the pork evenly.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Thread the marinated pork pieces onto skewers.
Arrange the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook the skewers in the preheated air fryer for 15 to 17 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Work in batches if necessary.
Transfer the cooked skewers to a serving platter and garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
