Cheesy Bacon Mini Meatloaves for Kids

For the Meatloaves:

dried basil

teaspoon
dried mustard seeds

dried marjoram

Black pepper

panko crumbs

tomato puree
Instructions
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chopped bacon for 1–2 minutes, then add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
Cook for 3 minutes or until fragrant.
Remove from heat and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add the ground beef, basil, mustard seeds, marjoram, salt, black pepper, and panko crumbs.
Mix well until combined.
Shape the mixture into four mini meatloaves.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spritz the cooking basket with nonstick spray.
Place the mini meatloaves in the basket and cook for 10 minutes.
Flip the meatloaves, top each with a tablespoon of tomato puree, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
