papaya paste

ground cumin
For the Raita Sauce
▢

small-sized cucumber
grated and squeezed
▢
A pinch of salt

full-fat yogurt

fresh cilantro
coarsely chopped

fresh lime juice
Instructions
Combine all Dum Kebab ingredients in a mixing bowl until well incorporated.
Press the mixture evenly into a baking pan.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 360°F.
Cook the Dum Kebab for 15 minutes.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure doneness.
While the kebab cooks, mix all ingredients for the raita sauce in a separate bowl.
Serve the warm Dum Kebab with the cucumber raita sauce on the side.
