Roasted Asparagus
Just like grilling, roasting is another very healthy method of cooking as it uses minimal oil. So it was obvious that a recipe of roasted asparagus would have to be included.

Trimmed Asparagus Spears

Sliced Shallots
▢

Cup
Cherry Tomatoes

1 ½
Teaspoon
Fresh Chopped Thyme

Olive oil
▢
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructies
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
In a pre-greases baking dish, layer the asparagus, shallots and tomatoes.
Pour the dressing mixture on top.
Bake for 6 minutes at 400 degrees or until tender but crispy.
