Flesh of 2 avocados
1cup48 g fresh cilantro leaves
½cup120 ml extra-virgin olive oil
¼cup60 ml sesame oil
2tablespoons30 ml lime juice
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructies
Combine the garbanzo beans, avocados, cilantro, olive oil, sesame oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth, scraping the sides with a rubber spatula as needed.
Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
Serve chilled with pita, crackers, or fresh veggies.
