Green Barbecue Sauce
Equipment
- stockpot
Ingrediënten
- 2 ½ lbs green tomatoes coarsely chopped
- 1 ½ lbs tomatillos husked and coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 ½ cups coarsely chopped sweet onion
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructies
- Place all ingredients in a stockpot and cook for 2 hours over medium-low heat 2 hours.
- Place in a blender and blend until smooth.
