300gwhole wheat flour
200gall-purpose flour
300mlwarm water
2tbspolive oil
1tspsalt
1tspsugar
7gactive dry yeast
Instructies
In a large bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water, then sprinkle yeast over the top.
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture, then gradually add whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour, stirring until the dough begins to form.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm area for 1-1.
5 hours, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and grease a baking sheet.
Punch down the dough and roll it out to fit the baking sheet.
Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Add your favorite toppings and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
