Instructies
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the pizza base.
Top with smoked Gouda cheese and red onion slices.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.
