Instructies
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the pizza base.
Arrange the fresh mozzarella slices evenly over the sauce.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and scatter fresh basil leaves on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt before serving.
