For the Pizza Base:

or traditional if preferred

For the Toppings:

or regular mozzarella
Instructies
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the pizza base and spread evenly.
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the base.
Evenly distribute the roasted garlic and bell pepper slices on top of the pizza.
Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the toppings are cooked.
If using mozzarella, add it in the last 5 minutes of baking to melt over the top.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
